- Suitable for sterilization processes above 121ºC for times varying between 30 and 60 minutes in pressure compensated autoclave.
- High barrier to gases, light and water vapor to protect the flavor and aroma of the product at ambient temperature.
- Larger surface area for heat transfer, so heating and cooling are faster, reducing sterilization times and saving energy in the process.
