THOMASFORM

FILM FOR THERMOFORMING

Our top and bottom films for thermoforming THOMASFORM are very high – quality materials, transparent with big heat-forming capacity, resistant in the critical points, characterized by perfect uniform performance in the sealing area. Our films for thermoforming are suitable for all kinds of thermoforming machines.

In each case we select the exact material type according to the product and needs of each customer.

  • Top web film from 65my to 300my and bottom web film from 80 to 300my.
  • Possibility for special laminations.
  • Customized stock for our customers under delivery program.

Evoh layer increases the barrier against oxygen and gas, extends the shelf life of the product and protect their nutrients from bacterias.

We have materials suitable for thermal treatment up to 121ºC 1.5h.
